Working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams can be a huge asset for group- and teamwork. However, it can also lead to a lot of misunderstandings and difficulties. In this interactive workshop we will start with the experiences you made in such contexts already. We will learn more about our personal values and we will get a better understanding about differences and how to deal with them. The workshop will be given in English.
